BONOMI GROUP WON THE WELFARE CHAMPION 2024 AWARD

Bonomi Group won the Welfare Champion 2024 award for the first year, assigned to all the best Italian companies for their commitment to welfare. The survey was taken of 7,000 enterprises, ranging from 5 to 1,000 employees, and of these, only 142 were awarded. The award had already been obtained by Rubinetterie Bresciane Bonomi in previous years (2019-2020-2021-2022) and this confirms the strong commitment of the entire group to the main areas being awarded: - Health and care: it provides free vaccination and cancer prevention campaigns during working hours. - Work-life balance: it promotes the culture and models of flexible work organization centered on people's responsibility and performance evaluation. - Human capital development: it encourages professional training and the development of soft and hard skills. The group companies are open to provide corporate training to students and young jobseekers and to cooperate with various schools and universities to spread knowledge of the world of work, to assess aptitudes and guide choices. - Family support for education and culture: it encourages rewarding initiatives, such as the awarding of merit scholarships. - Rights, diversity and inclusion: it supports corporate initiatives for women's empowerment and leadership and for the social inclusion of fragile individuals. - Working conditions and safety: it disseminates and ensures measures for quality and safety at work. - Social responsibility towards consumers and suppliers: it respects and spreads measurement systems, such as sustainability ratings that make social commitment recognizable to consumers and lenders and to the public, etc. In 2022 the first group sustainability report was drawn up showing the commitment to social, environmental and governance (ESG) values in the conduct of all activities. - Community Welfare: it promotes corporate initiatives that benefit communities and corporate services open to the territory. Bonomi Group is among the founding members of the WelStep business network with the aim of promoting common welfare initiatives in the area of Brescia. Improving the group's social impact by taking care of the well-being of workers and their families and safeguarding the business climate by creating a positive work environment that values mutual respect, collaboration, and transparency, have become a programmatic commitment not separated from Bonomi Group's objectives and business management. The Welfare Index PMI award achieved again for the 2024 edition accentuates the work that Bonomi Group accomplishes every day in each of its companies to ensure a work environment where everyone can feel good and express their potential to the fullest.

UNIBS engineering students visit Rubinetterie Bresciane.

Management Engineering students from the University of Brescia visited Rubinetterie Bresciane Bonomi at its headquarters in Gussago today. More than sixty students accompanied by Professor Andrea Bacchetti and Marco Ardolino could get a glimpse of corporate life and, more generally, the world of work.  Face to face with production managers, the students experienced an inspiring day inside the company departments, amid innovative machinery and qualified staff. During the day they were able to get to know some of Bonomi Group’s core values: growth of young talents through ad hoc programs, employees’ training through the development of hard and soft skills, creation of customized internal Academies and orientation to the well-being of the employees using several welfare initiatives. Bonomi Group is a unique company that combines the plumbing sector with the naval, multi-utility and industrial ones, creating 100% made in Italy products and solutions that meet the needs of an international market. The company visit allowed the students to see first-hand how a company works, and it stimulated them to reflect on the future by listening to testimonies of entrepreneurs and employees. Stimulating new generations has always been a focal point of the Bonomi Group’s philosophy. Indeed, it has welcomed students inside its spaces for several years, involving them in activities such as plant tours, internships, or school-to-work projects.  The day that just ended is a concrete testimony of the closeness of the group companies to the new generations, to encourage and inspire their inclusion in the workforce since their schooling years.
